Why account deletion exists

Google Play and privacy laws require that you can permanently delete your Monipilot account and the personal data we store for you. You can do this in the app or by requesting deletion below.

Delete from the Monipilot app

1. Open Monipilot and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account (or Profile).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. If you signed up with email/password, enter your password when asked.
5. Google Sign-In users do not need a password — confirmation is enough.

If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in the Google Play Store. Deleting your Monipilot account does not cancel Play billing.

What we delete

• User profile
• Expenses / transactions
• Budgets
• Categories
• Debts
• Warranties
• Subscription metadata (local records only)
• Google Drive backup metadata
• Sync metadata
• Preferences / settings
• Device tokens, Sanctum tokens, and sessions

What we may retain

• Security / audit logs related to the deletion request
• Legal or billing records when required by law

Retention period

Retained logs are kept for up to 30 days, then removed where legally allowed.

Request deletion from this website

Enter the email on your Monipilot account. We will send a one-time confirmation link (valid 24 hours).
