Monipilot Privacy Policy

Monipilot (“we”, “us”) provides an expense tracking app. This page summarizes how we handle account data. For a full legal policy you may replace this stub with your production document.

Data we process

• Account profile (name, email, preferences)
• Financial records you create (expenses, budgets, debts, warranties, etc.)
• Subscription and purchase metadata needed to unlock Pro features
• Google Drive backup metadata (encrypted backup files stay on your Drive)
• Sync and device tokens for the mobile app

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app or at https://admin.monipilot.com/delete-account. We delete user-owned data from our servers. Security and legal logs may be retained for up to 30 days.
